NOTICE: The parade is ‘rain or shine’ unless severe weather is forecasted, then we’ll cancel the parade – check our Facebook page for details.

IMPORTANT: Parade registrations close at 5 PM on June 30th. Any individuals or groups that have not registered by the deadline, but show up on July 4th, may not be allowed to march or otherwise participate in the 4th of July parade. Subject to parade officials’ discretion.

Time: Parade begins at 3pm
Where: Old Lancaster Pike, Hockessin, DE
Roads Closed: Old Lancaster Pike from Kenwick Rd to Valley Rd.
Roads are to be closed from 1:45pm through the end of the parade (approx. 4:15pm).

File Upload Specifications

File Formats and Types

  • Adobe Illustrator CC or below
  • Adobe Photoshop CC or below
  • Adobe InDesign CC or below
  • PDF (Print Quality, editable)
  • We do not accept Microsoft Publish, Power Point, Excel or Word as print files.

Font Specifications

  • Fonts need to be converted to outlines or converted to paths
  • Both screen and printer fonts must be provided with job

Color Specifications

  • CMYK format for all vector files like Illustrator or InDesign
  • RGB Format for raster artwork like Photoshop
  • Use Pantone Solid Coated Swatches if specifying Pantone Color Matching system (PMS)

Image Resolution

  • All raster files must be at 100-120 dpi at 100%

Crop Marks and Bleed

  • Please provide files with .25 inch bleed on all edges with no crop marks at 100% unless software size limits are encountered, then save at a scalable percentage.

Rout Files

  • Please provide the outline of your vector art using a .25pt around only the shape.
  • Please provide rout files at same size as final art.
  • Artwork should be save separately from rout file.
