Font Specifications
Fonts need to be converted to outlines or converted to paths
Both screen and printer fonts must be provided with job
Color Specifications
CMYK format for all vector files like Illustrator or InDesign
RGB Format for raster artwork like Photoshop
Use Pantone Solid Coated Swatches if specifying Pantone Color Matching system (PMS)
Image Resolution
All raster files must be at 100-120 dpi at 100%
Crop Marks and Bleed
Please provide files with .25 inch bleed on all edges with no crop marks at 100% unless software size limits are encountered, then save at a scalable percentage.
Rout Files
Please provide the outline of your vector art using a .25pt around only the shape.
Please provide rout files at same size as final art.
